Who is the client?
American Bible Society is a non- profit organization that invites people to experience the life-changing message of the Bible. Working with Bible Societies and ministry partners, they send Bibles to people in China, the Middle East, Africa and around the globe.

What is their need/goal?
American Bible Society needed to find new donation revenue streams to support their non-profit.

What was the clients problem/goal/need?
The client did not have any new budget to allocate to online advertising, and was uncertain if Paid Search Advertising could get them the donations they needed. Additionally, another division of their company was utilizing search advertising to sell bibles online – which further complicated the potential landscape.

What did buZZgen do for them? Specifically what strategy and tactics were used to improve results?
The strategy was to create messaging that would separate potential donors from folks looking to purchase Bibles as gifts. buZZgen then, further refined targeting by looking at those areas where the clients’ message would best be received, yet not necessitate the creation of new website content.

buZZgen architected the program to drive traffic to specific causes that American Bible Society supports and created motivational messaging that would resonate with potential donors.

What was the outcome for the client?
buZZgen produced a 10:1 return on advertising spend yieldeding incremental donation revenue which enabled the client to cover off on campaign expenses and still reap the benefits of the strong return.
